- Polytechnic/Monotechnic/Colleges of Education graduates with
- OND/NCE (Lower Credit Minimum) in sciences and social sciences
Age
- Minimum of 20 years and maximum of 28 years on next birthday

- Numerate skills

- Good interpersonal, relationship & people skills
